Patients traveling from nearby areas can take Highway 198 toward Hanford and exit at 12th Avenue. From there, head south to Lacey Boulevard and turn right (west). The office will be on your left, just past Kings Federal Credit Union.
Our facility is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Appointments are required for all visits. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
