Glaucoma Risk Assessment

Glaucoma is a group of eye diseases that can gradually damage the optic nerve—often with few early warning signs. Because vision loss from glaucoma can be irreversible, early detection and ongoing monitoring matter.

Quick note before you start

This short self-assessment helps you understand possible risk factors and symptoms that may be associated with glaucoma. It does not diagnose glaucoma. A true diagnosis requires an in-person exam, including eye pressure measurement, optic nerve imaging, and visual field testing.

Who should take this assessment?

What happens after you submit?

You’ll receive a results summary with recommended next steps. If your results suggest elevated risk, we may recommend a comprehensive glaucoma evaluation to protect long-term vision.

Important: when to seek urgent care

If you have sudden severe eye pain, significant vision changes, halos with nausea, or intense headache, seek urgent evaluation right away.
